Windows PC: The Taskbar on the bottom of the screen could be hiding the controls and/or blocking the video player. If so, please follow the steps below:
1. Right-click on the Windows Taskbar
2. Select “Properties”
3. Check the box that says “Auto-Hide the Taskbar"
You should now see the video controls.
Chrome users on Mac or Windows PC: You may have Silverlight disabled, which will hide the controls. This article from howtogeek.com that shows you how to enable them.
