If you subscribed directly with us on sundancenow.com, and are within the refund window (2 days for monthly charges and 7 days for annual charges), submit a refund request through our support contact form. Please include "REFUND REQUEST" in the subject line. 
Please do not process a charge dispute with your bank. In most cases, our support team can work with you.

If you signed up with and were billed by iTunes, Google Play, Roku, Fire TV, or Amazon, please reach out directly to their respective customer care teams for help as we do not have access to their billing systems.
