What is your refund policy?

For monthly memberships, we can issue a full refund if a request is made within 3 days of being billed.
 
For annual memberships, we can issue a full refund if a request is made within 10 days of being billed.

Please do not dispute charges from Sundance Now with your bank.  In most cases, our support team can work with you directly.
